Leadership Gets Weird.

One-on-one coaching for people doing the messy work of leading inside growing and changing organizations.

You don’t have to untangle it alone. Together, we’ll slow things down, spot the patterns shaping what is happening, and help you choose your next move with greater clarity and intention.

Bring the Thing You Can’t Quite Name.

You don’t need a perfectly defined goal to begin. You can arrive with a difficult decision, a recurring tension, a new responsibility, or simply the sense that something isn’t working.

Single Coaching Session

You’ll leave with greater clarity about what is happening and a concrete sense of how you want to move forward.

$250

Not a Playbook. Not a Pep Talk.

I won’t hand you a generic leadership formula or assume every workplace problem can be solved by changing your attitude.

I’ll listen closely, notice patterns, challenge assumptions, and help you examine both your own choices and the system around you. When it would be useful, and with your permission, I may offer an observation, framework, or organizational perspective. The coaching remains centered on your thinking, your goals, and the kind of leader you want to be.

I’m Krista Drager, an organizational development practitioner, consultant, facilitator, and coach. For more than a decade, I’ve helped leaders make sense of the human and organizational dynamics affecting how work gets done.

I hold a Master of Science in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University and am completing the University of Wisconsin–Madison Certified Professional Coach program, an International Coaching Federation-accredited Level 2 coaching education program.

What I bring to coaching is curiosity, candor, care, and a systems lens, because behavior rarely makes sense when separated from the environment producing it.

Questions Meet Their Match

Let’s Look at What’s Going On.

You don’t need a polished coaching objective or an impressive explanation. Tell me what keeps showing up, what feels harder than it should, or what decision you’re trying to make.

I’ll respond within a business day so we can decide whether coaching is the right next step.
